Any wood which is under 125mm is chipped and the chippings are taken to a green waste recycling centre to be processed( the chippings are used in power stations for renewable energy). The larger wood over 125mm is processed for logs depending on the species. Poplar, Willow and Cypress wood will be processed at a local farm who have a biomass wood burner. The hard wood (Oak, Beech, Maple ) are processed and used for our log sales.
